Tildamail

Private. Decentralized. Secure Email.
Own your data. Choose where it's stored. Protect your privacy.

A new internet built
for the people and by the people.

Tildamail is private email with decentralized file storage. Tildamail lets you share messages and files in an end-to-end encrypted fashion. So you own your data, control who can access it, and protect your privacy.

Private
Own your own data. Take back control of your privacy. Users can chat anonymously in a more decentralized, private, and end-to-end encrypted (E2EE) way. As the network grows, users can easily share private E2EE messages and files without relying on a centralized server or authority. Protect your freedom of speech. Protect your data. Protect your privacy.
Decentralized
Tildamail is a decentralized and self-sovereign email system with end-to-end encryption. You can choose where to store your data (e.g. S3, desktop, mobile device, etc.). You are in control. The ultimate goal is 100% decentralization and censorship-resistant communication for all.
Secure
Tilda protects your privacy by providing end-to-end encryption for your messages and files you share. Files and messages can only be unlocked with the correct private key, which also acts as your cryptographically secure password. Liberate yourself from "Big Tech", which uses, abuses, and leaks your information for profit. Data is property. Take back your data and protect it.
Interoperable
Tildamail is built to interoperate with normal SMTP emails. Communication with external emails will be made possible with a gateway. Tilda is the bridge between the old web and the new Decentralized Web. This is the very beginning of Web3.

Your Gateway to theDecentralized Web

Secure & Private: Messages occur off-chain with end-to-end encryption
Communicate easily with normal SMTP email via gateway servers
Store your data anywhere (i.e. your desktop, mobile device, S3, or anywhere the open-source community chooses to integrate like IPFS etc.)
Tildamail aims to be the de facto self-sovereign identity for the Decentralized Web. You can make your new digital ID(s) completely anonymous or explicitly linked to your real world identity and/or Web 2.0 identity. Your freedom to chose is entirely up to you. Your data, your choice.
